Total Fitness Camps are for people who want RESULTS!
The classes are inspirational,
extreme, intense, (modified for all levels of fitness)
Super-fun, super-charged and
defined with YOU in mind!
Each day of the 6-week
program is a little different. A daily workout may include
running/walking, jumping rope, stair or hill climbing, military
drills, pushups, pull-ups, lunges, abdominal exercises and
strength exercises.
All you have to do is
show up. We provide the motivation, regimen and fun.
This is usually the most challenging and yet most rewarding
fitness program anyone has ever been involved in.
It doesn't matter what
kind of shape you're in now. Every instructor is certified
and specially trained to help you reach your true potential by
both pushing you and allowing you to go at your own pace.
